The Bylines Concert Event

The Bylines, Marianna Thielen and Reece Marshburn, are embarking on an adventure this August as they head to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in Scotland! The first set will be a preview of their 45 min show and the second a more casual chance to chat with them, ask questions, and they might even take requests. This is the listing of their show as it appears in the Fringe Festival’s Program:

Johnny Mercer award-winning songwriters, The Bylines, ask the question: can cohabitation and co-creation co-exist?  See how this duo navigates good times and bad as they gig, write, and make music together, all while staying married – unless this is the show that breaks them. A humorous and heartfelt look at their lives, the show will focus on what it means to live as working artists in a world that often boils their existence down to two options: fame or struggle. An afternoon of original, jazz-inspired songs and stories about cardigans, the moon, and…what it’s for.
